一、 Team Introduction

     In order to actively respond to the new situation and challenges in the development of China's power industry, Wuhan Xiangming New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has established a new energy technology breakthrough and product research and development team. The team aims to lead the company in achieving key technological breakthroughs in areas such as BMS, PCS, EMS, and microgrid system platforms, and continue to closely follow industry trends.

    The technical team has gathered nearly 20 software and hardware R&D engineers with profound expertise in the field of power electronics technology, and has also invited 30 external experts with profound knowledge in related fields as a think tank to provide valuable strategic guidance and professional technical support for R&D work. The team members have been deeply involved in the power electronics industry for many years, with rich experience in specific technical fields and have participated in various large-scale research and development projects. This composite team, which combines internal research and development capabilities with external intellectual support, has laid a solid and reliable foundation for the company's strategic layout and technological innovation in the field of energy storage.

    At present, the technical team and laboratory have been operating stably and efficiently for more than a year. The team has made significant research progress in key technical directions such as energy storage system core architecture design, park level microgrid construction and optimization, and has applied for more than 10 national invention patents including "Battery Leakage Gas Monitoring Device and Method", "Battery Charging Method, Device, Electronic Equipment and Storage Medium", "Charging Station Charging Method, Device, Electronic Equipment and Storage Medium", fully demonstrating the team's innovative vitality and technological accumulation.

    In the future, the team will continue to invest and explore in core energy storage technologies and smart control strategies for microgrids, continuously expanding the application scope and applicable scenarios of the company's new energy products and solutions, and providing core driving force for the company to occupy a leading position in the new energy market and achieve outstanding achievements.


二、 Product development


1. Battery Management System (BMS)

The BMS R&D team has successfully developed a BMS intelligent care system with core intellectual property rights through innovative breakthroughs. This system integrates leading technologies such as multi-dimensional detection, parallel multiple protection mechanisms, and intelligent prediction of key component failures, to build a solid safety and reliability barrier for energy storage systems.

Core functional highlights:

(1) Efficient active balancing: Balancing current up to ± 30A and supporting long-term stable operation.

(2) Global balancing capability: Breaking through the limitation of single pack and achieving full battery pack balancing across battery packs.

(3) Full time domain equalization coverage: 7x24 hour uninterrupted equalization, constantly optimizing battery status.

(4) Multi parameter collaborative balancing: Comprehensive balancing and optimization of key parameters such as battery voltage, current, internal resistance, output power, and capacity.

(5) Long term reliability and easy maintenance: The system design has a long lifespan and is expected to enter the maintenance period in 8-10 years, making maintenance work simple and efficient. At most, only the entire battery module (Pack) needs to be replaced, and it supports plug and play, greatly reducing later operation and maintenance costs and complexity.


2. Energy Storage Converter (PCS)

Core technology: Trinity friendly PCS

Core features of the product:

(1) Powerful power grid construction capability: multiple AC/DC parallel connections

(2) Excellent adaptability to the power grid: With complete high and low voltage ride through capabilities, it ensures stable operation of the power grid in case of abnormalities.

(3) Advanced grid construction technology: using virtual synchronous generator (VSG) control technology to provide active grid support and inertia.

(4) Excellent load adaptability: Equipped with unbalanced load control technology to ensure stable power supply quality under complex load conditions.

(5) Seamless Switching Guarantee: Supports fast and off grid switching, integrated voltage flicker suppression (VR) and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) functions.

(6) Smart grid governance: Integrating active power filtering (APF) and advanced SVG control functions to effectively improve power quality.

(7) Wide range battery adaptation: supports 1000V battery cluster voltage without capacity reduction operation, significantly reducing system LCOE (LCOE)

 

3. Energy Management System (EMS)

EMS intelligent microgrid controller, designed specifically for modern microgrid systems, has multiple models and configuration options aimed at meeting the energy management needs of different energy storage power stations, significantly improving the operational efficiency and stability of energy storage power stations.

(1) Single Cabinet EMS Series Products: Application of Industrial and Commercial Standard Energy Storage Cabinets

Mainly used for industrial and commercial standard energy storage cabinet applications. Generally used in small energy storage stations with an energy storage capacity of 215 kWh, such as industrial parks, commercial complexes, etc.

(2) Multi split EMS series products: Application of industrial and commercial distributed energy storage cabinets

Generally applied to medium and large energy storage stations, microgrid stations can be configured according to the electricity load situation. The EMS intelligent microgrid controller serves as a parallel centralized control host, with optional 220VAC or 24VDC input for the working power supply. It can also be equipped with a built-in screen or an external HDMI interface touch screen. As a parallel centralized control host, it supports up to 10 slaves. The energy storage capacity can be flexibly configured from 215-261 kWh to 2.15-2.61 MWh according to specific application requirements.
